Cancellations
Please kindly notify me at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. i know that life can bring all sorts of unexpected situations and that, at times, we have to make adjustments to our schedules, which I totally understand. However, I do have to consider the many clients who are seeking my services and that I am setting aside time specifically for you. If I don't have enough time to fill the empty appointment slot, everyone misses out. In order to maintain a smooth system that works for everyone, I have implemented a Cancellation/No-show Policy as follows:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon service(s) with less than 24 hours notice of the start time of your appointment or you totally miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services that were booked for you.
If you are going to be late at all, please try to give me a heads up. If you arrive more thsn 15 minutes late, depending on what my schedule is like for the day, i may have to reschedule your appointment or you may have to forfeit a portion of your service. In the event that a portion of your scheduled services has to be skipped, you may atill be charged a portion of that service (cancellation policy goes into effect).

late policy
if you are going to be late for yor scheudled time, please let me know as soon as you realize it. i totally understand that things come up, but sometimes being even 15 minutes late can have a big effect on my scehdule for the day and i may need to reaarange things.
I take a lot of pride in my time management, and i respect your time as well. I rarely go over my appointment times, but if i feel like i will be running late for your scheduled time I will notify you as soon as possible. Another reason why it's so important for you to be on time for your appointment - so i don't run over into someone else's reserved time.
Scheduling
As a courtesy, I confirm all appointments via text reminders through my booking system. You are invited to call, or text prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have. Please put your appointments in your calendar, as the text reminders are complimentary, and not receiving one isn’t a reason to cancel or no show for your appointment. The confirmation texts are sent through my booking software. Please do not reply to those texts if you need to contact me, as i do not receive the messages. You must text me at (248) 702-4338.
Children in the Salon
Children are welcome as long as they have a scheduled appointment and are accompanied by and supervised by an adult. For the child's safety and comfort, if they are not receiving a service, I ask that you please not bring them to your appointment. Not only is it a small space, but the salon is not a safe place for them, and it can also be very distracting for me (being a mom, I can't help but focus on what a child is doing). Please contact me if you are unable to make other childcare arrangements for your appointment.
animals in the Salon
I love your pets, probobably more than most, but unfortunately only service animals with the proper identification are allowed for your appointment. this is a rule for the buiilding, but also the state board of cosmetology and the board of consumer affairs have specific rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “service animal” vests are the only exception to this rule. i would absolutely love to see pictures of your fur babies though, and you will probably be forced to see pictures of mine.
